Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Driver in Napa, CA Store #8987. You will deliver paint and related products to customers, load and transport orders, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries with a strong emphasis on safety and service.

Responsibilities include route adherence, keeping the vehicle in good condition, and assisting with warehouse tasks as needed. Prior delivery or retail experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using Company vans or pickup trucks.
• Ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the customer.
• Load customer orders onto the truck and maintain the store vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions or complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules and comply with transportation laws.
• Prepare reports and other delivery-related documents.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, and forklifts as needed.
• Assist with warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing as required.
