Job summary

Millennials With New Beginnings Logistics LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a part-time Delivery Associate to join our DSP team. You will deliver packages on time, navigate routes with GPS, and provide excellent customer service while safely operating a large van and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications include being at least 21, eligible to work in the U.S., a valid driver's license (CDL not required), English proficiency, and weekend availability. We offer paid training and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license; CDL not required.
• Comfortable with and safe driving large vans.
• Able to lift/move packages up to 60 pounds.
• Read and communicate effectively in English.
• Weekend availability.
• Must follow safety guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time and safely.
• Drive vehicle and perform safety inspections; follow laws and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction under pressure.
• Navigate routes using smartphone GPS and scan packages.
• Load and unload packages up to 60 lbs.
• Coordinate with support team to ensure successful deliveries.
• Participate in daily work requirements as needed.
• Respect weekend and shift requirements.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols.
