Job summary

Cub New Brighton on Rice Creek Road is seeking a part-time deli team member to prepare and finish products for the deli case. This role blends customer service with attention to detail to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality prepared foods. You will assist with food prep, restock cases, greet customers and follow store policies while working shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate deli equipment as needed.
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists with food preparation.
• Provides customers with accurate, prompt and courteous service.
• Sets, fills and rotates deli cases and displays.
• Assists in receiving of product.
• Breaks down department and performs cleaning duties.
