This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with team members to create an excellent shopping environment. Responsibilities include preparing, processing, packaging, stocking products according to standards, providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and managing salvage products.

Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in training and team efforts to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence in English. Effective in small group presentations.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform addition and subtraction with two-digit numbers, using units of American money and weight.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.
Certificates and Licenses: Completion of company training including orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge.
Physical Demands: Regularly standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. Occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally, and reach 6-72 inches. Specific vision abilities required include close, color, and depth perception.
