This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to create an inviting environment to work and shop.
Responsibilities include preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Fresh Foods Standards, providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and managing salvage products.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a willingness to participate in training and teamwork to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination.
Ability to read, comprehend, and write in English; effective in presenting information to English-speaking customers and associates.
Ability to perform addition and subtraction with two-digit numbers, using units of American money and weight measurement.
Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions; deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Complete company training including orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and smell; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift/move up to 30 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds). Specific vision abilities include close, color, and depth perception.
