This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This includes product knowledge, food preparation, sales, customer relations, and teamwork to create an inviting environment for both work and shopping. Responsibilities also include preparing, processing, packaging, stocking products according to Fresh Foods Standards, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and managing salvage products.

Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, willingness to participate in training, and teamwork to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in one-on-one and small group settings.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform addition and subtraction with two-digit numbers, including handling money and weight measurements.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates & Licenses: Completion of company training such as orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge.
Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with reach from 6 to 72 inches. Vision requirements include close, color, and depth perception.
