Job summary

Cub Maple Grove, operated by United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), is seeking a part-time deli team member. The role mixes customer service with food preparation, ensuring accurate service and well-maintained deli displays.

Responsibilities include assisting in food prep, receiving product, and upkeeping the department. Candidates must meet age and safety requirements and be able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• 18 years or older
• Good judgment and ability to follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Read/write and perform basic math
• Able to operate deli equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Assists with food preparation
• Provides customers with accurate, prompt and courteous service
• Sets, fills and rotates deli cases and displays
• Assists in receiving of product
• Breaks down department and performs cleaning duties
• Follows all store and department policies and procedures
