Job summary

Trove Home Care in Richmond, Virginia is seeking compassionate part-time daytime caregivers to support clients in their homes with short daytime shifts. The role welcomes CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs who enjoy one-on-one care and are available 4-6 hours on weekdays.

Shifts vary based on client needs and caregiver availability; pay ranges from $18-$25 per hour, with 24/7 local support and time-and-half pay for holidays and overtime.

Qualifications

• Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification.
• Availability for 4-6 hour weekday shifts.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and dependable care.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
• Ability to pass background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide bathing and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide feeding assistance.
• Support other non-medical personal care needs.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate needs.
