Job summary

AdventHealth in Zephyrhills, Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our part-time day-shift team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), is proficient with EMR charting, and demonstrates strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

RN license with BLS certification.
1+ year medical-surgical experience.
Proficient with EMR and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and needs through evaluations to craft care plans.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the team.
Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
Document care activities and educate patients/families.
Maintain sterile environment and ensure safety.
