Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a nurse to provide skilled pediatric nursing care in home and school settings for a 16-year-old patient with a G-tube. • Schedule: 2-3 days a week during Tuesday-Friday 4/5p-9p
• Patient Specifics: 16-year-old with a G-tube
