Job summary

Anne Arundel Community College invites qualified candidates for Part-Time Dance Instructors to teach one to two courses per semester. Instructors are sought to teach Modern and Contemporary Dance (Beginning and Intermediate), Dance Composition, and Improvisation.

The position pays between $1,217 and $1,314 per faculty load hour, with in-person teaching on Arnold/Main Campus and at alternate locations per class schedule. Masters preferred; any visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dance or related field.
• Two years relevant work or teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
