Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking a part-time coach to lead classes for children ages 5–10 at Bay Area elementary schools. Expect one class per day (about one hour) with optional extra 30 minutes for pre-care.

Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, with all equipment provided. In-person work and reliable transportation are required; TB test and Live Scan background check will be completed before starting.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part‑time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre‑care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner‑level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)
• Take attendance, manage student sign‑ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in‑person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have been fully vaccinated and be willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Work Type: Part‑time (2–5 hours per week) Pay: $50–$65 per session

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in‑person work.
