Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc. is seeking part-time coaches to lead kids' classes at elementary schools in the Bay Area, typically 1 hour per session after school.

Sessions run 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 2–5 hours per week, with pay $50–$65 per session and equipment provided. Applicants must be 19+, local, and able to pass a TB test and Live Scan.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Must reside locally and be available for in-person work.
• Visa sponsorship not provided; applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required before starting.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography for website upload.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday-Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)

• Capture a few class photos for documentation.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
• Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided).
