Job summary

Kohler Hospitality is seeking a Youth Dance Instructor to join their team at Sports Core in Kohler, WI. This part-time role involves promoting fitness programs, assisting users with equipment, and delivering personal training services to members.

The ideal candidate will have a dance background, hold CPR certification, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment focused on health and wellness. Shifts vary, with hours between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• CPR certification required; first-aid certification preferred.
• Dance background and/or dance certification.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and performing lifestyle programs and personal training services.
• Performing fitness services with minimal direction.
• Designing and performing long-term personal training programs.
• Demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment.
• Maintaining accurate member and personal client records.
• Assisting with set-up, cleaning, and maintenance of fitness equipment.
