Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring a part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support at our Minster, OH location to help move and prepare shipments at a fast-paced customer site.

This entry-level role offers a flexible schedule after onboarding and training, with up to 28 hours per week. Responsibilities include operating computer programs and wireless devices, moving product, auditing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work area according to health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and meet driving record requirements.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 75 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operating computer programs and wireless hand held devices
• Moving and handling product accurately
• Auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities
• Maintaining the cleanliness/organization of the work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
