Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support at our Florida City, FL location. You will assist with moving and auditing shipments, operate handheld devices, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

This entry-level role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and teamwork. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, with a 335 S Krome Ave site and potential after onboarding for schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a current full valid driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).

Responsibilities

• Operate computer programs and wireless devices.
• Move and handle product accurately.
• Audit and prepare outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Comply with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participate in health, safety and sustainability programs.
• Complete environmental health and safety trainings.
