Country Visions Cooperative De Pere Country Store is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse team. No experience is required, and the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stocking merchandise, and helping customers load items into vehicles.

The position offers flexible scheduling options and a friendly, supportive work environment with potential eligibility for health benefits and other company programs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
• Previous customer service, retail, animal care, gardening or handy work experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and energetic.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Identify and respond to customer needs.
• Promptly answer product questions from customers.
• Load items into customer vehicles.
• Load, unload and stock merchandise with and without a forklift.
• Maintain a clean and safe store.
• Refill LP cylinders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
