Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and secure.

This role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time hours and flexible scheduling may apply to support store operations and guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and coworkers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
