Job summary

Chedraui USA is seeking a Part-Time Associate for our 351 San Francisco location. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process transactions, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates read and write English, lift up to 60 lb, and can work a part-time schedule. We offer 401(k) and education benefits, with a focus on community involvement and a friendly team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Read and write English; interact with the public and coworkers.
• Read and comprehend instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a store section as assigned and stock merchandise with proper pricing and rotation.
• Operate a cash register and assist customers at checkout.
• Set up advertising/promotional displays and keep areas clean and stocked.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and help customers to their vehicles when needed.
• Record stock and store supplies, and support basic bookkeeping duties.
