Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Burnham, IL is seeking a Customer Service Rep to greet customers, take orders, and support in-store operations. This part-time role offers flexibility to fit around classes or other jobs while contributing to a fast-paced team.

You will handle phone and in-person orders, operate POS and keep work areas clean, stock ingredients, and assist with delivery coordination as needed. Training provided; no prior experience required beyond good people skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be willing and able to work all stations in-store (making menu items, assisting customers, expediting orders).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately, and to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders in-store or by phone.
• Assist customers at the counter and on the phone with friendly service.
• Prepare products and stock ingredients for service.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Unload deliveries and stock shelves as needed.
• Support delivery coordination and order expediting.
