Job summary

H&S Energy Products is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative in California. You will support daily store operations, cashier at checkout, maintain store presentation, ensure food and beverage quality, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility, including nights and weekends. You will handle POS transactions, verify IDs for restricted items, and follow safety and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Provide accurate checkout service with a positive attitude.
• Follow the Four Steps of Customer Service and assist with promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist with stock, displays, and product recommendations to engage customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and food/ beverage stations.
