Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to aid customers and maintain a positive shopping experience in Greenville, NC. You will follow bagging procedures, offer carryout and parcel pickup services, and assist with loading merchandise into customer vehicles while keeping the store organized.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to read English instructions, and completion of company training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English; write simple correspondence in English.
• Complete Company’s training including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper bagging procedures to ensure efficient checkout and customer satisfaction.
• Provide carryout and parcel pickup service to customers.
• Load merchandise into customer vehicles and assist with cart retrieval and organization.
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
