Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, reliable part-time Customer Service Attendant in Kentwood, MI to join our team. You will receive and organize deliveries, merchandise products, rotate stock, and maintain clean, attractive displays while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Outgoing personality with ability to promote products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations
• Merchandise products according to standards; keep displays stocked and appealing
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired or stale products
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are stored properly
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising areas
• Monitor product assortment; communicate inventory needs and customer preferences
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards
