Dollar Tree in Lindon, UT is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store stocked and clean.

This position emphasizes friendly interactions, accurate cash handling, and adherence to safety and company policies. Part-time hours may be available, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
