Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep store shelves stocked and well organized.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and team members. Part-time hours may be available alongside flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and endure frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
