Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, check in, and issue boarding passes to ensure a smooth travel experience.

You will use our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient manner. Training is provided, and shifts may vary, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in and ticketing to ensure a smooth start to trips.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while assisting customers.
• Assist with lifting baggage and guiding travelers to their destinations.
• Shift flexibility with irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
