Job summary

Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer in Orlando area, seeks a Store Team member to help customers find products and create framing solutions. The role focuses on building customer relationships, processing framing orders, and maintaining a welcoming, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include operating the register, following SOPs, and supporting omni-channel processes while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to shoppers. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and drive sales and production.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
