Job summary

Michaels in Shelby Township, MI is seeking a store associate to build customer relationships and help customers find framing solutions. You will assist in the framing department, maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time with quality, operating the cash register, supporting omni-channel processes, stocking, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and replenishment.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
