New Hope is seeking a reliable Part-Time Custodian to join our campus team and maintain a clean, safe environment for individuals served, staff, and visitors. The role involves routine cleaning across campus homes and residential spaces, with a focus on floors, trash disposal, and general upkeep.

Prior custodial experience is preferred but not required, and duties may include light maintenance tasks. We value dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Ability to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties across campus homes and residential spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other appropriate methods.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with organization guidelines.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report issues when observed.
• Support a safe and sanitary environment for individuals served by the organization.
