Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Building Cleaning by Acker in Council Bluffs is hiring for two part-time custodian positions. You’ll work evenings with flexible start times after 7pm, cleaning facilities, restrooms, and common areas at client sites.

Positions offer competitive pay with Hourly rates: $20 for Mon-Thu shifts, $30 on Fridays for the first location; and $15 per hour for a second location once weekly. Training and uniforms provided; opportunities to work both locations.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo training and follow procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Facilities: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing.
• Managing Supplies: Keeping inventory of cleaning products and tools.
• Facility Security: Opening and locking buildings and managing security systems as required.
