Job summary

Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, located in Zanesville, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Culinary Aide to assist in meal preparation and service within our assisted living communities. The role focuses on nutritious, resident-tailored meals and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with a typical schedule of 8-hour shifts, including every-other-weekend rotations. We offer flexible options including Full Time, Part Time, and a Weekend Warrior program to fit

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support cooks and dietary aides in food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Help with bussing tables and cleaning up after meals to maintain a pleasant dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
