Job summary

CAROLINA NEPHROLOGY, PA in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a part-time position with typically one day per week and shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.

The CRNA will report to the Facility Administrator/Director of Nursing and ASC Medical Director and will be an essential member of our surgical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• CRNA with active South Carolina licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Healthcare experience within the last 5 years, preferably in an ASC.
• Strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for ASC procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during and after anesthesia.
• Collaborate with surgeons to develop patient care plans.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and prepare patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient outcomes initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
