Job summary
The Brigham and Women\'s Hospital, In Boston, is seeking enthusiastic Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our anesthesia care team. The group of 20 CRNAs covers diverse locations and ORs, with schedules designed to support work-life balance (no weekends or on-call in this role).
Flexible development opportunities include education allowance and research support. Position is part-time (20 hrs/week, days) with starting pay at $116.32 per hour and higher pay for CRNA experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma Nursing required and Master's Degree Nurse Anesthesia Practitioner required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA NBCRNA) certification required.
Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthesia assessment.
- Induction and maintenance of anesthesia; airway management.
- Intra-operative monitoring and data interpretation.
- Post-anesthesia care and discharge planning in collaboration with physician.
- Assist in teaching Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists and participate in quality improvement.
