McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking Crew Team Members for part-time or full-time shifts at a McDonald’s restaurant. You will engage with customers, help them order, and prepare our World Famous food while working with a friendly team.

Training programs and advancement opportunities are available through Archways to Opportunity. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old to work as a Crew Member.
• Availability for part-time or full-time shifts.
• Ability to learn and grow through training programs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
