Milestone Bank is seeking a Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant for a part-time, in-office role in Salt Lake City. The position focuses on bringing the Milestone Bank brand to life across social media, communications, and events, working with leadership to plan and produce materials and campaigns.

The role supports multiple divisions, maintains brand standards, and uses Canva, Adobe, and AI tools for design. Flexible up to 20 hours per week with varying hours and a non-exempt status.

Competenze

• Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or related field, OR equivalent hands-on marketing experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools, and with social media platforms.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact) or ability to learn quickly.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating design and content creation.

Mansioni

• Plan, create, and publish social media content (LinkedIn) and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Draft press releases, media announcements, and internal communications.
• Write and update website content and bank communications.
• Maintain brand standards across all materials.
• Perform graphic design for campaigns, events, and communications using Canva, Adobe, and AI tools.
• Partner with divisions to build, schedule, and send email campaigns and report results.
• Design flyers, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Order business cards, letterhead, and other printed materials.
