Job summary

LeadCar Toyota La Crosse is seeking a shuttle driver to enhance the customers' service experience by transporting them to and from homes or offices while their vehicles are serviced. The role requires a valid driver's license and focuses on safe, timely pickups and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required for essential job functions and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Keeps a timely shuttle route.
• Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
• Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pickup point.
• Notifies Service Manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Assists service advisors and service porter moving vehicles to their designated parking areas when needed
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
