Job summary

FedEx is seeking a part-time Driver/Operator to deliver and pick up packages in California. You must be 21+ years old, have a valid vehicle license for the assigned vehicle, and meet FMCSA medical requirements.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and handling heavier packages with aid as needed, coupled with strong customer service and safety awareness. Typical shifts are 1:00pm–7:00pm Monday through Friday, plus Saturday 8:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with equipment/assistance.
• Must meet FMCSA qualifications; medical exam required; 21+ years old; English reading/speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and operate company vehicles to provide courteous, efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards and provide related customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
