Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a driver/operator for company vehicles in Florida to deliver and pick up packages with courteous, efficient service. You will check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards and perform related customer service functions.

Hours include PT Tuesday through Saturday, with Tuesday through Friday 08:50-12:05 and Saturday 08:20-15:20. Must work Saturdays and attend a driving skills class and Courier class, 3 full-time days, 8-5, to complete training.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance due to customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate FedEx company vehicles for delivery and pickup of packages.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards and report discrepancies.
