Job summary

Arnold Motor Supply LLP is seeking a Counter Professional/Delivery Driver to join our Midwest-based team at one of our 80 locations. The role blends customer service with local delivery responsibilities and requires flexibility for retail hours, including alternating Saturdays.

We value a customer-focused mindset and knowledge of automotive parts, with opportunities for growth within a family-like team culture. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle including a valid driver’s license and a safe, insurable (no SR-22) driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A commitment to being a strong team member
• Ability to work flexible retail hours (schedules are often 7:30-5:30) including alternating Saturdays.
