Job summary

Sierra Valley Rehab Center in Porterville, CA is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide patient-centered therapy under OT supervision. Qualifications

• Must hold an active California COTA license.
• Good standing with the state licensing board.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to patients as directed by the OT and physician care plan.
• Record evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and recertifications.
• Communicate with OT, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist in discharge planning and staff training as needed.
