Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an in-house therapy program in a skilled nursing facility.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated care team while delivering personalized, functional goals. New grads are welcome.

Candidates must hold an OTA associate degree, NBCOT COTA certification, and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT COTA certification (state requirements may apply).
• Current state license as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
