Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Avon, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility on a part-time basis. The role offers 20–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule and room to grow into full-time hours.

New graduates are welcome to apply. The COTA will perform direct care under the supervision of the OT and contribute to resident outcomes in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of employment required.
