Symbria Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Mather Place in Wilmette, IL. This part-time role supports our therapists in creating personalized treatment plans to help residents regain independence and improve daily living.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome!).
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is great—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and daily task independence.
• Maintain productivity and document accurately.
• Collaborate within a compassionate interdisciplinary team.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and families.
