Job summary

Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care in Vancouver, WA is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work with a rehabilitation team and help patients achieve independence. You will support the OT staff, implement treatment plans and document progress in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required.
• Associate degree in OT preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist OTs in delivering OT services; conduct assessments and develop plans.
• Carry out daily routines with patients (feeding, dressing, bathing, transferring).
• Communicate with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge.
• Commit to excellence in patient care and ongoing skill development.
