This part-time position offers 1-3 shifts per week for adult patients, with care provided under established nursing guidelines in a secure setting. The role emphasizes autonomy and meaningful community health service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by a state agency or ACEN.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a primary care setting within the last 24 months.
• Active, unrestricted OH LPN license.

• Provide a range of medical care to include primary, addiction, urgent and behavioral health care.
