Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 3–5 years in partnership development or account management, preferably in higher ed or online learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Host meetings with corporate partners and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate partner information sessions and webinars; follow up with attendees.
• Onboard new partners and provide onboarding materials and calendars.
• Maintain a corporate dashboard and log partner interactions in CRM tools.
• Draft partner communications and coordinate with Marketing, Admissions and IT.
