Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Registered Dietitian - Corporate in Bentonville, AR. You will empower individuals to achieve lasting health improvements through personalized nutrition coaching and wellness counseling.

Responsibilities include counseling, program delivery, data tracking, and collaboration with a dynamic team. Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and AR RD license required; 1+ year experience in corporate health promotion preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition required.
• Licensed Registered Dietitian in Arkansas required.
• 1+ years of experience in corporate health promotion programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to planning, marketing, promotion and delivery of wellness programs.
• Interacts with client employees; conducts individual and group counseling and presentations.
• Delivers nutrition counseling sessions focusing on weight management and chronic conditions.
• Maintains accurate, confidential records of counseling and program activities.
• Markets wellness programs to increase participation and engagement.
• Collects and evaluates program data; produces outcome-focused reports.
• Leads group weight loss support meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
