Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate in Huntington Beach to deliver a world-class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and engage customers with authentic product knowledge.

You will help create memorable shopping moments, drive brand loyalty, and uphold merchandising standards while collaborating with a passionate team. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with a minimum 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate customers and connect with people at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; available at least 20 hours per week.
• Consistent schedule with up to 12 hours in base weeks, 21 hours peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week.
• Reliability for peak hours including weekends.
