Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles.
• Read and interpret recipes and measurements; communicate with team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas and equipment; sweep and mop floors.
• Cook and assemble menu items; ensure consistency of product to guest.
• Adhere to food cost controls and health/safety guidelines.
