Job summary

JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations in West Chester, PA, is hiring Back of House Team Members for the HotLine (grill cook and food prep). You’ll help prepare freshly made burgers and menu items in a fast-paced, fun environment focused on hospitality and accuracy.

You’ll work with a diverse team, keep a clean, safe kitchen, and learn the Freddy’s way as you grow with the company. Open to full- and part-time team members; at least 16 years old (18+ in CA).

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older (18+ in CA).
• Successful team members demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Back of House Team Members - HotLine (grill cook and food prep) to deliver great food and hospitality.
